We highly recommend Ray White Ashgrove and, in particular, Clara Hipkiss. Having relocated to the Gold Coast it was almost impossible for us to get to Ashgrove to organise repairs after a leaking tap caused an enormous amount of damage to our unit, in between tenants. Changing to Ray White. Clara was able to organise everything and got us a new tenant at a higher rental within a couple of weeks. Clara had good insight on which of our many applicants we should accept. Wonderful service. Thanks Clara. We always knew Ray White train their staff well and you were no exception. Ray White really just knows how to “do it right”!

We have a few other properties managed by Ray White Ashgrove and when we finished building some townhouses we knew they'd be the best for managing them. We had a price in mind that we expected to achieve but Clara managed to get in excess of $100 per week more. This was HUGE for us and we couldn't be happier. The team go above and beyond every time.
