Stress free - project managed entire preparation and sale

I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team. At short notice our elderly live-at-home mother was hospitalised and then into care including a move interstate nearer ourselves. We of necessity spent most of our time at the hospital. Adam and James provided a completely stress free management of the entire property preparation including clear-out inside and out - all external contractor quoting, selection and management and a single point to pay bills. Adam engaged in thoughtful sale schedule and price preparation with us - giving us good options to balance with our mothers time and financial needs. The auction was well prepared, and we (interstate) had immediate communications via James throughout the auction (Adam auctioneer) itself.
