Third property sale and honestly, Adam is in a league of his own. Straight up, genuine, and actually cares. He kept things calm and moving through a complicated property situation, was refreshingly honest about what was worth doing and what wasn’t, and the cherry on top having Adam as the Auctioneer! 🙌 No outsourcing to a stranger better suited to a racecourse. He conducted the auction with total control and finesse, every bid drawn out with precision rather than noise. Taking the time to massage out the best possible price. His team’s support and reporting was also next level… assisting all along pre-sale journey and right up until after settlement day. Amazing! On auction day I had real buyer insight that had me walking in confident and prepared. The result absolutely reflected that. Best agent (and best team) I’ve worked with. Full stop.

I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team. At short notice our elderly live-at-home mother was hospitalised and then into care including a move interstate nearer ourselves. We of necessity spent most of our time at the hospital. Adam and James provided a completely stress free management of the entire property preparation including clear-out inside and out - all external contractor quoting, selection and management and a single point to pay bills. Adam engaged in thoughtful sale schedule and price preparation with us - giving us good options to balance with our mothers time and financial needs. The auction was well prepared, and we (interstate) had immediate communications via James throughout the auction (Adam auctioneer) itself.
