Harpreet recently sold our property. In the complicated world of real estate, I can honestly say that I thought I would be inundated with red tape and paperwork. After the initial documentation, Harpreet took over and the next time we heard from him was with an offer. This occurred only a few weeks after listing so we were not only surprised but extremely thankful. We also exceeded the price we were looking for and this gave us greater confidence that Harpreet had a far better understanding of the value of our property than we did. I mean let's face it Google is pretty good in coming up with estimates, but you can't go past the professionals who live the property environment on a daily basis.
