We engaged Dwight after not achieving the right sort of offers through another agent and what a contrast it has been. Dwight is upfront and utterly transparent in all areas. No question went unanswered within a short timeframe and the entire process was extremely stress free secure in the knowledge that Dwight knows the North side inside out and no one else would likely achieve the results he can. Our expectations were proven correct and we achieved the required offer a week from listing as tends to be common with Dwight (we've watched the market for some time). Overall a very pleasant and stress free sale. I think the big difference is Dwight knows the area inside out and can really sell not just the house but it's location and the benefits of the surrounding area. All in all I can't recommend Dwight enough. Great bloke and agent. If looking for someone to sell your home, Dwight should be at the top of the list. A+. :)
