To Whom it may concern, We engaged Andy Yeung from Ray While real estate to sell the family home at 18 Fullers Rd Chatswood. I found Andy’s manner engaging and his approach to both marketing and sale of the property highly professional. The fees for both marketing and the sale were in line with other agents. What was very refreshing was that Andy kept us informed of all offers and provide a detailed report following every open house event. Andy was also extremely helpful when we first consulted with him by moving through the house room by room and outlining what should stay and what should go as well as the required maintenance that would assist with the sale.
