So Andy went to work to get a bit of interest in a market that was far from hot. We were happy with the marketing and photos. We were also happy with the feedback. As a seller its important to know what the potential buyers are actually saying. Not what you want them to say! Never cancel an auction! That's what Andy said and he was right. You only need two buyers to go head to head and that is what happened for us. In the end we got a fair price and we can move on. I recommend Andy to sell your property. Its a 5 star rating from me.
