Will was great to deal with, flexible and understanding. He gave good honest feedback and advice, and was able to reliably price our house higher than the the other agents we spoke too, and he delivered, we got more than the top of our pricing range, and the offer was made 10days after listing. In those ten days, we had two other offers, which were then retracted by the buyers which was frustrating, but it didn't take Will long to get an even higher price from another buyer, even without another bidder for them to compete with. We decided to purchase a property at the time of year when most people are celebrating Christmas and New Year's. I contacted Will multiple times during the break to setup the inspection at the property we ended up purchasing. Will was always pleasant and accommodating. On the day we inspected the property Will had just returned from holiday. He immediately took my phone call, left the family at home and opened the property to be inspected. I was impressed with his commitment and eagerness to assist.

After a couple of bad experiences, Dean proved himself to be nothing like the others. Dean was nothing but helpful in getting us in to our first home together and made the process seamless. He went out of his way to call when he thought there was something worth us seeing and did the follow up. He listened to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will most definitely be having him as our first point of call for up and coming purchases.
