We initially met Tim when we purchased a block of land and because of his Harcourt's connection we went with the local Agent to sell our Buninyong home. The local experience did not go well and some months into the sale cycle we called on Tim for help. He responded extremely well to our request and urgently set upon a sale strategy to make up for lost time. His approach was very diligent and helpful with constant feedback and ideas as to the next appropriate step. He was always positive when we were despondent and continued to push strategies that eventually saw our house sell for more than expected. A very professional Agent who takes the extra step to satisfy a client. We strongly recommend him to others and thank him for his work.

We can honestly say that we decided to list our home for sale with Harcourts because of Tim. From the moment we met him we found him very good to talk with. He listened to what we were saying about our circumstances and made us feel confident in listing our home. We didn't really know anything about Harcourts and can truly say that Tim is a true asset to them. We never felt pushed, lost or confused. He went out of his way to keep us up to date as well as answer any question we had, no matter how silly it may have sounded.
