The process was very quick. My property went on the market just a few days before the lock downs began in Sydney. My property was a well presented, tastefully renovated top floor two bedroom UNIT which was well lit with a car space. I had an offer on the first open day which was $15,000 over the market value and a record for the block. The unit was sold. Joshua was able to help with locating a conveyancer for my new property as I was unhappy with the my previous conveyancer. Overall, I was able to obtain what I was looking for in a competitive market with a little extra thanks to Joshua and his team who were professional and were a pleasure to deal with during what can sometimes be a stressful time when you are buying and selling your property

I normally do not write a review. This is an exceptional case. I want to write this review because I want any potential vendors out there in Bankstown-Canterbury area to have the best service that I had with him. Joshua focuses on the "product" that he is selling, not on the price. He wants the property in the best possible presentation before taking it to the market. This means that he will put the extra effort, that I normally do not see other agents do, to upgrade/repair the property does not matter how long it takes. I fully trust him throughout the whole process. And the result is better than I expect. Thank you Joshua.
