Joshua is incredibly hard-working, passionate and was accommodative to our needs. The sale of our home was not entirely straightforward - passing in at auction, a rescinded contract with the original buyers, the threat of delayed settlement - but Joshua oversaw the whole process seamlessly and really took it upon himself so that we wouldn't have to worry about a thing.
