Anthoney was exceptional with his delivery and knowledge on the house we purchase from him as an agent. His customer service and care for my family put us at ease. He helped explain the process and was great in explaining to us what we are paying for value. We as a family were very happy and in future investments he would be a point of contact. Thank you

It was a pleasure to have Graeme as our agent. He was honest and was there to answer all our questions. He sold our property in 3 days which was fantastic.

Being the sole executor of my mum's estate and selling her home was very daunting. Then I met Joshua from Ray White Bankstown. Joshua was very professional and his knowledge of the area was second to none. The most impressive thing about Joshua was his communication and always did exactly what he said he was going to it. If I was asked for 1 word to describe this whole experience with Joshua it would be "Outstanding" I would and well recommend Joshua to my friends and family if they are looking at selling or buying a home.

Your search ends here! We interviewed several agents when we were thinking of selling & found that Graeme really stood out from the crowd. He was very professional and honest in his approach, yet presented himself in a calm & confident manner. He has a superior understanding of the market & sets realistic goals. If you’re looking for that someone who takes their job seriously and cares for your investment like you would yourself, then look no further than Graeme!

Joshua made the experience of buying a house seamless for us. His open communication and professionalism was just a plus in the process, we cannot express how much we appreciate his help in securing our first home. Joshua answered all our questions about property and the market (and as first home buyers - we had lots of questions!). He provided reassurance in every step of the way, and gave us the confidence boost we needed to take a big step in our futures. Thank you immensely, we cannot recommend your service enough.

We approached Graeme for the sale of a rental property and we were astounded by his knowledge of the local property market, suggested presentation of the property all together, with a reasonable expectation of return. We would highly recommend Graeme to anyone selling or investing in today’s property market.

We were trying to sell our unit for months with another agent, without being able to get a decent offer come in. Then, we did research on all agents selling units in the Bankstown area, and found Graeme Rudder. He had impressive numbers, with a much shorter time needed for advertising to get a sale. Graeme was prompt to answer and return calls consistently, and we liked how he set our expectations with price through his market knowledge of recent sales & listings. He also displayed good understanding of what individual buyers in the local market were after as he uncovered their needs, and try to match them up with my unit. Graeme gave us quality advise to do some minor work on the unit before we had the photos and a floor plan done. This resulted in an offer that was about $20k more than what our last agent thought he could get us. I certainly would not hesitate to hire Graeme again. I highly recommend him!

Graeme was absolutely amazing can’t speak highly enough of his service. He kept us updated all the way along was extremely friendly and made the process so easy for us. Graeme went above and beyond organising Gardner’s and cleaners for us and taking away so much stress as this was my Nan’s house and we were still grieving. The final price we got at auction was fabulous we were delighted. You should definitely choose Graeme to be your agent.
