I was very happy with Graeme Rudd and his team at ray white Bankstown. I found Greame and his team to be polite, professional, patient, caring, thoughtful and answered every call and message left. Nothing was to much trouble Graeme was very helpful through the whole process. The only disappointment for me was that this unique little village wasn't recognised in the beginning for what it is around here and I really needed the extra $15,000 that Ifeel I lost because of the initial confusion selling here, having to borrow that amount at my age has left me in a tight week to week lifestyle but hindsight is what it is I guess. But I'm happy to have been able to recommend Graeme to two other people who were going to sell through the park and I suggested they didn't and use Graeme he knows the and understands the concept of selling here now and it costs nothing to buy into here. Firstly, I would like to thank Ray white Bankstown for the knowledge and expertise in there selection of an experienced team and for there recommendation of an elite sales consultant GRAEME RUDDER who truly set the record in the area for both mine and my brothers properties. his tack ticks and methods are extremely well executed and are second to none. what pleased me the most was the time and effort he put in making late night appointments for potential buyers who work late. My house sold at 11pm on a Saturday night. If that is not dedication then I don't know what is. Thanks alote Graeham you truly are talented.

Graeme was recommended to us and he did not disappoint. My mother is downsizing and was quite unprepared to sell when we first discussed it. Graeme was able to set my mother at ease from the first meeting, exhibiting a calm knowledge that gave great confidence to all. Hi advice on what was needed around the house helped enormously. The open houses and were well managed and come auction day there were a number of well prepared buyers keen to own the house. And the final sale was just over Graeme's original estimate on day 1!
