For our sale, we interviewed four LREA companies. We chose Graeme (and therefore Ray White Bankstown) because we were impressed with his enthusiasm for his job, his knowledge of it - and also his knowledge of the market in which he works. He came across as a credible person, a perception which he reinforced, strongly, throughout our relationship - it has never ever been in doubt! He has excellent communication skills and delivers his information in a concise, lucid and honest manner. Also in this respect, he did not at ANY time make us an inflated estimate re a possible sale price that might be expected. We believe the outstanding result he and Ray White achieved for us confirms his delivery of promises re Ray White's marketing strategies and skills, and his/their commitment to achieve the result they did. We remain impressed and thankful for the sale value achieved.
