Paul was very helpful when first visited our home, communicating various options for our sale process & we found knowledgeable of the current market trends for the area which made for a smooth sale process. Only reason I did not rate the full 5 stars was up until this recent sale, I have sold & brought many properties over the years & this was the first time we did not receive a thank you gift personally delivered from the real estate agent, other than that I would recommend Paul as your agent if buying/selling a property in the local area.
