Upon first seeing the property, Jay was able to provide excellent local knowledge and reasoning for the competitive pricing. He held a second inspection the same afternoon as the first open home (Saturday) and worked diligently with us to have contracts signed and in the vendor's hand by Monday morning. The process was fast and effective. Jay made arrangements with the vendors to allow entry several times after exchange of contracts. The inspections were incredibly helpful, allowing for a work scope to be thoroughly planned. It has been two and a half days since settlement. The place stripped, gardens cleaned up, and the plumber, electrician and carpenter have started—the ideal first week for an investment property.
