Jay was one of the most helpful people that I have experienced in some years. I thought I took a chance when I accepted what might have been considered a higher commission, but it proved well worth it. Even after the deposit was taken we experienced, frankly, some embarrassing difficulties outside our control, and his efforts and professionalism made us very happy with the outcome. Including well above market price for the property.

Wendy & I had a bad experience with a real estate agent which made us highly sceptical and wary of trusting this professional. Paul is a rare find and one we highly recommend. He was straight forward, honest and really understood what we were trying to achieve with our sale. He gave us good feedback and pushed hard to achieve what he thought was a fair value for the house. This included achieving $5K more than we agreed upon because Paul felt this was a fair outcome for the buyer and seller and we really respected that and also appreciated the extra $.
