Steven Mason managed to do what 3 previous agents were unable to do over the previous 4-5 years and that was to sell our unit. Steve was prepared to listen to our views on what our property was worth and why we believed this. Other agents we consulted only wanted to discuss unrealistically low prices, based on some imagined 'typical' houses, which had recently sold locally. Because of this, we were able to achieve a sale as well as a satisfactory price - much better than giving the house away to achieve a quick sale. We found Steve to be reliable and thorough. He was always easy to contact and returned calls promptly even though he moved office and suffered from serious difficulties with Telstra during our sale period.
