Helpful Real Estate Agent
Steve was very helpful with the whole process of sale of my property. His knowledge of the local area helped and he went beyond his work in ensuring the property was well presented. He did a lot of work that I think other agents would not have done. He listened to my needs and responded to what I asked in a timely manner. Steve was prepared to listen to our views on what our property was worth and why we believed this. Other agents we consulted only wanted to discuss unrealistically low prices, based on some imagined 'typical' houses, which had recently sold locally. Because of this, we were able to achieve a sale as well as a satisfactory price - much better than giving the house away to achieve a quick sale. We found Steve to be reliable and thorough. He was always easy to contact and returned calls promptly even though he moved office and suffered from serious difficulties with Telstra during our sale period. Malua Bay Land Sale
Steve understood our needs and was able to negotiate a fair price for the block of land that we wished to sell. A great hard fought campaign
