I had the experience with a very good team at Baulkham Hills derived by a very capable Property Manager (Renae Dooley) , every week arranged for an open house , and she was there talking to the crowd and explain every thing to them , then report back to me with their views and her comments and suggestions , and in less than 3 weekends the property has been rented out to the good tenants. up to this moment she is always there to ensure that the tenants are happy and contents , also she is there with me to make sure that I am happy as well .
