This was the first time our family had been involved in selling a house. This house has been the family home since 1960 with one owner. Due to circumstances, the house had to be sold. We had noticed that Ray White Baulkham Hills had sold many other houses in the streets nearby and for good prices. The whole process ran smoothly, we were updated each week via a zoom meeting as to what had occurred, follow-ups, what buyers thought were the good and bad points (no hiding from their comments) and the price. Brandon had control of the whole situation, was on top of all things going on and I can say went well above our expectations in assisting us with the reports etc. The auction process was explained to us, what to expect, buyers etc, and they worked hard for the sale and achieved a price we thought was excellent in the current economic climate. I would recommend Brandon and the team at Ray White Baulkham Hills if you are looking to buy or sell a house.
