This man is to be trusted for sure for selling any of your property in Hills District. It’s amazing to see his strategic planning prior to auction and energy on the day of Auction. He helped me achieve my dream price of $1457000 in a properly managed campaign within 3 weeks. One must watch the video to see how personally & innovatively he took pains to present my property.

Darren was referred to us by a close friend who had used Darren's services in the past and was extremely satisfied with his experience. From our very first meeting we could tell Darren was not only keen to list our property but to also achieve a better result than what we were hoping to achieve. Darren you are a true professional, your confidence and constant communication kept us at ease throughout the marketing campaign. On the day of the auction my family and I were a little apprehensive but, little did we know in a matter of moments we were gong to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations and that, is a direct reflection of you and your teams fantastic effort. best regards Tony & Lisa.

Darren Dowd is the principal of a very cohesive team. Darren in consultation with Agent David Gennusa knowing the locality and the market devise a strategy of marketing and promotion to culminate in the property going to auction. A healthy attendance of potential buyers were captivated by Auctioneer Paul Wright’s professionalism. As a result the property sold in well in excess of market value. The Ray White team - Baulkham Hills proved to be committed and transparent which bolsters their integrity. Highly recommended.

Whilst Darren was not the lead agent on my sale, he oversaw the process, was present during initial conversations, supported the process throughout, touched base in person during the signing of the contract and continued communication and support throughout 'cooling off'. Darren demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the local market and a high level of personal investment in ensuring that a positive outcome was achieved.
