I recently sold my home through Ray White in Beenleigh. Carlie Curtis was my agent, she had a tough job as I really didn't want to sell my first home in Qld. Even though I had moved on to another, I wanted to move back but hubby didn't. Our last long term tenant had moved out so money had become a huge issue (we still had a mortgage to pay) but Carlie understood our situation perfectly and was able to keep costs to an absolute minimum. Our first signed contract eventually fell through but Carlie had potential buyers lined up and we had another signed contract (for the same amount, Carlie worked a miracle there) before the end of the second week back on the market and that was with Covid-19 lockdown. It was a very quick settlement so we were able to manage financially. Carlie made herself available whenever I needed to chat or discuss something and was prompt in returning calls if I had to leave a message. I didn't have access to email at the time so she modified her way of business to suit me.
