From the onset he was well organised, driven and being a local to the area had great market knowledge of the suburb. He is a great communicator and kept me well informed during each step of the process. His great negotiation skills enabled me to achieve a sale price which exceeded my expectations. He managed to get a considerable number of potential buyers through the property in a relatively short period of time through well organised open homes. Consequently the property sold within a few weeks of going on the market. What can I say, Rob Tindall never treated us like a client he treated us like family. I have brought and sold many many houses in 3 states, Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland in my time and never ever have we had a agent like him. Not once did I feel stressed, he took it upon him self to make sure everything ran smoothly and take out the stress of selling. He kept us up to date daily. Every day I would get a sms to let us know how things are progressing and if there was anything he could do. But the icing on the cake was the day of the move, he came over with his beautiful fiancé Alana and brought us a antipasto platter with a drink and dessert!
