Rob is open and honest - he didn't force the sales pitch but was knowledgeable about the property and the local market. Once the contract was signed he worked hard for both parties and his communication was excellent. He continually made contact to find out if we needed anything and made settlement day special with some nice flourishes. I found him to be a genuine good person and good agent.

I interviewed several agents. Rob stood out straight away. Rob knew the local market and identified the changing market conditions. He correctly pegged our target market as first home buyers and gave a list of well considered suggestions of what to improve in the property in order to maximise price and saleability. He returned calls and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. He stayed positive when I wasn’t. He showed some hustle without being pushy. And despite a quiet market, he successfully found a buyer within about three weeks of the property being advertised, at exactly the price we were hoping, which was more than we were expecting. 10/10 to Rob Tindall of Ray White Beenleigh
