Obviously in a property transaction, when you are the buyer, the agent is the vendor’s agent. Ultimately it is their review that would be the most important. That said, Shayne was very good to deal with at all times. He was responsive and helpful. I was pleased he was the agent for this transaction and imagine he would do a good job if anyone was ever looking for an agent to sell their property.
