Ella did all the work leading up to the auction and then had a passive role holding the phone, let her male colleague (who had not attended one opening,) say put it on the market I will get more and proceeded to get nothing more! At the beginning the company made a huge error advertising a price when they should not have and we got no compensation or real apology. Ella knows her stuff but went missing, overshadowed by her colleague. We placed our trust in people and they let us down, it feels like it was sold to someone with inside knowledge. We work for you, was not evident! Very disappointed and now have to listen to other real estate agents saying we could have got you more!
