Open and honest, transparent and helpful
From the beginning Matt was pleasant, open and honest, transparent and very helpful. He explained all the processes he goes through so we had a clear understanding and new what to expect regardless of the outcome. He was always friendly and answered any silly questions I may have had. He keep us informed of progress through the transaction. Very lovely man and would recommend Ray White -Bendigo for selling or purchasing a property. We have dealt with quite a few real estate agents recently in our purchasing journey and some of them where appalling to say the least. Ray White should be proud of the conduct of their staff, Matt in particular.

Friendly, professional and sold our house!
Matt, was very good with feedback, he was prompt with facilitating house sale requirements and legalities. He was easy to deal with and explained everything to me which I needed as this was the first time selling a property. Matt did a great job at getting the price we wanted for our property and sold it very fast.

Buying a property
Matt worked with us to buy our new house. He was professional in his manner and had a positive vibe about him. He communicated well throughout the experience and helped us to negotiate being able to rent before settlement. A bonus was a fantastic welcome pack of local produce.

Darcy was great
Darcy was excellent to deal with and very amicable and knew all about the property and the home as well. As a buyers agent I always do my own research but I like to know what the agent knows and how helpful they are.
