No Nonsense Tailored Experience.
Matt was able to match my communication style and work effectively with me on the sale of my property. Feedback was honest and informative at all stages of the sale. If you don't use Ella your missing out
Ella is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and made selling the house a smooth process. She made it a seamless process and was constantly in contact with us so we were informed every step of the way. She even got the mop and vac out to shine the place up a bit as we are not in the same state. So glad to have used Ella and Ray white and would use them again!

Professional, Competent, Easy to work with!
Ella was prompt to response and action. She was professional, went above and beyond to make things happen. She delivered what she promised and stays true to her words. She is a strong negotiator, however she is respectful and understand the market conditions well. I had great experience buying the property from her. It only took less than 12 hours from initial call to inspecting the property, negotiating and executing the contract. Thanks Ella for your work, I greatly appreciate it.

Real Estate Isn't Always Blood, Sweat & Tears.
Do I have your attention yet? Then let me continue. I've been buying & selling property since 1977, probably close to 50 transactions in total. Thru this journey there have been good agents, bad agents & some absolute dropkicks! But life's like that. Prior to listing I always audition several agents and normally keep clear of franchise agencies. Why? (1) In my experience franchise agencies have the "one size fits all/ production line/ we know it all" outlook, and (2) how smart is a business that shares it's income with someone who is either long dead or hasn't raised a sweat in living memory? Are you with me so far? So now specifically to Ella, who offered excellent local knowledge combined with genuine enthusiasm for the task at hand. This made selecting her as agent a simple decision once I ignored the franchise bit. The journey was not all smooth sailing (is it ever?) but I'm happy, the purchasers are happy so it's win-win with all thanks to Ella for a job well done. I would strongly recommend Ella if you are looking for an agent. My recommend to Ella is that she sticks to Real Estate (leave Politics for the dropkicks) with the aim of having her own name painted on the window one day. Ps. Normally I refuse point blank to do surveys - but you've probably got that message already! Best Wishes to All (who made it to the end).

Hardworking Agent
Delaney worked hard to get this deal over the line for me. I am not around in Bendigo most of the time so a sense of urgency and effective communication are crucial to me in making this deal work. Fortunately for me, Delaney possessed these pre requisites plus more! Coupled with help from their seniors in Ray White, a deal was brokered and i am now in way to settling it. Great work Delaney!
