Disappointed

Recently purchased through ella, the contact through out was good and she was very friendly. However she failed to rectify the issues through out settlement. Things that she claimed were fixed, we’re not and she said she was under no obligation to check them. And no issues could be sorted out through her, I was just told to contact a different person each time. Overall a little bit disappointed with the outcome.
