We were coming out of a really bad tenant/property manager experience. We had spent a lot of time and money getting things back in order and were not sure if we should go with another property manager or manage the property ourselves. Carley was amazing. She had done her homework re the area and was able to answer all our questions. She gave an honest assessment of our property and pointed out a couple of things we had missed.
