I would like to thank the entire team for assisting us with getting this property. There were circumstances with our application that in most case other agents would have considered as too much and shelved our application, but the team continued with our application. The most important thing that you want to feel as a tenant is that you are also important in the equation and the team did just that. Not at any stage of the process did I feel like I was just another tenant. The communication was amazing and there was a lot of patients when it came to answering my questions and managing my expectation. Appreciate the excellent service during the sign up of the agreement, the hand over but even more so the after sale service.
