If I doubt leave it to Matt & team
Matthew Kidd sold our 90 year old house by auction within a month. His expertise was evident, his sales team experienced and the result exceeded our expectation. Why go past Ray White if selling your home!!

Highly recommend Matthew Kidd and his team
We recently sold a property using Matthew Kidd as our agent. From the beginning we were impressed with Matt's approach to our enquiry, first helping with a probate valuation and then selling our property. We particularly liked the fact that he was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and he did not pass on our property to one of his staff to follow up with us. Although his team was with him every step of the way at our open house days it was him that got back to us. He seemed to understand that we had not sold property in quite some time and we felt comfortable that he would get the best outcome for us. Matt had a good idea of the market in our area and helped us to decide on a range to list the property. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
