Outstanding result, price within realistic expectations due to the market being what it is, and time to sell was approximately three days with so many units in the area this was definitely unexpected, our unit had a little more going for it than others but even with a number of seriously interested parties I was surprised and it allowed us to get on with it as this was important to us, would go out of my way to engage Matt and crew again in the future so highly recommended and thank you.

Matthew provided good advice on the readiness of the house for sale, suggesting what needed to be done and what was not important. The price advice proved to be difficult to achieve but we were satisfied with the end result that Matthew managed to negotiate. We had several open inspections and the agents on duty reported back promptly and frankly on each occasion. I found Matthew’s open and frank communication style to be excellent - no BS! Also the advertising campaign was well managed and appropriate.

Both Matthew and Scott were highly personable and professional. A pleasure with whom to deal. The house sold didn’t meet market assessed target price, yet sale price was satisfactory. We had researched multiple sales in our locality, going back six years to assess price. Our house had a major facelift, inside and out, which did not assist the sales price. The Realtor had a large helpful data base, soliciting plenty of potential buyer views. Only a few open house walkthroughs, though. My feeling is realtors generally are too fixed on selling features and don’t fully market value propositions, such as, views and quiet location. Bottom line, our experiences were good.

As the first time buyer in Central Coast, we are coming from Sydney, we felt the way how the agents work in Central Coast is a bit different and we felt quite difficult to buy a house in Central Coast for a Sydneysider.
