Could not have asked for more
From start to finish Matthew and his team were a pleasure to do partner with. Local knowledge is absolutely critical and Matthew and his team are the best in the business. The process was extremely comfortable from start to finish and took the stress out of an otherwise stressful process. Matthew and His team are a must if you are planning on buying or selling your house in Bensville and the surrounding suburbs. 10/10

Pleased to meet Matthew
I had a limited time to buy a house on the Central Coast, and was unsure of the exact location. So I communicated with a range of real estate agents in the area. Matt came over as the most professional, was prompt in responses and kept communication lines going expertly. He was also clearly knowledgeable about the local market, and communicated in a friendly straightforward manner. I also was not bombarded with irrelevant, irritating emails and tweets. He was also very helpful in providing advice on the possibility of renting out the property, and I have confidence he will have liaised with the property managers to move this along. I hadn't considered Bensville as an option, but Matt's professionalism swung me into having a closer look. I am very pleased I did.

Matthew Kidd is very personable . He is very professional and has excellent negotiation skills. He persisted after some inital offers were withdrawn and got us a great price.
