Damien and Rachelle did a wonderful job from the very first valuation meeting to the placement of the SOLD sign on the For Sale sign. They carefully explained their sales methodology and spent time detailing how they operate. Ian was amazing from start to finish. I engaged him as I saw he sold a neighbouring property. He didn’t disappoint. He was very realistic and honest; recommended financial brokers and conveyancers (I live interstate) and kept me in the loop after every single inspection. There were some challenges towards the end of the cooling off period, but Ian endured the Buyer was still engaged and the sell came through.
