Before we accepted the rental my partner had not seen the house, so they organised for a private inspection so he could see it. Ray White was very hassle free and straight forward in their communication. they helped us handle our move and prepared us for our rental. Jess who was our main property manager was a delight and incredibly sweet whilst the owner was trying to sell the property and when there were repairs needed for the property. When vacating the property Nicole took over the process while Jess was on annual leave. We never received an exit condition report and Nicole was unprofessional in emails, no hello, kind regards. And also lied when she stated she lodged the bond, I called RBTA and they advised nothing was lodged. So I contacted her back again and she said to check my emails, I received an RBTA bond claim a minute after she sent her email. Bit disappointing with Nicole’s customer service. But Jess was always lovely and patient with any situation we had.
