She knows the area very well and was able to point out things to, prospective buyers that I was not even aware of. I was not asked to do anything I would not be prepared to do. She was very professional in the way she handled the sale and at times I was interstate but still went out of her way to keep me informed about the prospective buyers. At all times the home was left clean after inspections even though the weather was bad at times. At all times I was confident that the home was in good hands. The outcome of the sale was well above what I would have asked proving her knowledge of the area and the market at the time. I would highly recommend her along with her team members to anybuyer or seller as I feel she was honest in all the dealing I had with them. I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell.
