George,his team and the property for sale were all in Sydney and I was in Brisbane, That made no difference as George was always available to take my call and was proactive in guiding me through the sale process. We were operating in a very strange property market with low interest rates and demotivated "buyers"who seemed to take their cue from a media salivating on negativities. George kept his head and was not operating from a desire to sell at any price, but with a complete appreciation of my wishes and expectations. At the practical level he found me a pool inspector,a fence builder and a house cleaner and gave me good advice in not paying a few thousand dollars to have a stylist tart up what was a quite modest cottage.
