The ultimate professional and perfect gentleman
George and his team at Ray White Beverly Hill and Kingsgrove were wonderful to deal with, very approachable, polite and respective of our privacy when it mattered. They kept us fully informed through every stage of the process up to the day of the Auction. They always replied to our calls and did everything they could to get the result we wanted . Great outcome despite the odds
I had put tenants into my property in November 2022 with a 12 month lease. My circumstances changed dramatically when my partner suddenly died. As a result, I needed to sell my property and went to see George Boghos of Ray White, Kingsgrove. He was very understanding and assured me that while it was going to be difficult, it wasn’t impossible to sell a property with a long lease. He recommended going to auction after a 4 week campaign. I received weekly updates and he returned all of my calls promptly. Despite having no interested bidders 3 days before the auction - all interested parties wanted vacant possession - he managed to secure 2 bidders on the morning of the auction and successfully sold at a little below my reserve. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience or outcome.
