Niman was very professional
Throughout the purchasing process, Niman was not only very professional but also at the same time went above and beyond with his service. Niman was never unaccusable, always responding on time, no matter what time of the day or even night. He was very patient, as I had annoyed him a lot with the amount of back and forth questions and requests I had, however he was always taking ownership and accommodated for my requests all the time.

Excellent Agent - Seller of house in Blacktown
Rachana is an excellent agent who has good understanding about the market. I was the seller and Rachana went above my expectation to make sure that I'm making the right decision while selling my house. She gave me enough time and kept in loop for every discussion. She very well knows who buyer is and who is not. She quickly filters correct buyer and gave proper attention to the detail. My house sold very quickly in tough time (covid restriction).
