As first home buyer's, the whole process of buying a home is very overwhelming. Do we build, do we buy existing, are we in the right area? Meeting Rachel made us feel at ease and comfortable with the home and area we were buying in. Rachel kept the communication up, even if she had no news for us, she just called to say Hi and touch base.
