I have dealt with many brilliant PM's and I could not be happier with the level of effort that Kate invested in managing my property. On-top of the great skills and service, Kate and Ray White Bowral also use Ailo for payments so I could have access to my rental income as soon as it is paid - and this is a big deal, because it means that I can pay down my mortgage faster and pay less interest.
