Happy to say it the way I see it

To successfully navigate any complex process requires experience, and if you don't have it... Then you are at risk. I was very much at risk because I have never sold a house before, so I did my due diligence (as best as I could) and researched the "best" performing estate agent in Thornlie. Jacob and Shahbaj were consistently rated the highest so I signed my life away. They were patient: Finalising the renovations took longer than expected. They were very considerate and not at all pushy. They had a plan: the approach was built on local knowledge and experience. They were flexible: they were happy to take feedback and adjust as required. Not the usual say yes and then forget. It was discuss and then act. They did the job: house was on the market, and then sold. They make it look easy. I appreciate your help... Cheers Jacob
