Shahbaj was easy to deal with from the start. He adapted well after our initial conversations when my timeline sped up and he was able to help me get everything ready in a timely manner. He was receptive to suggestions in relation to advertising which was well received on my end. In the end he got me an amazing deal, more than anticipated. After the signing of the contract, there were some external hiccups, however Shahbaj did a lot of work behind the scenes and worked well with brokers and other agents to keep everyone in the loop and overcome the hurdles to ensure a positive result for all. Exceptional service, highly recommend.
