We can’t speak more highly of how Liam conducted himself from day one of our campaign. After six months on the market with other agents we met with Liam and his Dad and were very impressed with their confident plan of auctioning our home. There were many open homes and private inspections to follow which simply wasn’t happening with previous agents. Fortunately Liam found a couple that loved the home as much as us and we managed to agree on terms literally the day before the planned auction, the rest is history. If you are after an agent that is as keen as mustard without being annoying, not afraid to discuss the tough conversations and keeps you informed regularly, Liam is your man. We found this amazing property and with the help of Liam manged to get it under the asking price with extra inclusions - we have just moved in and are amazed how well the property was presented upon settlement. We were overjoyed to receive the keys and was welcomed with plenty of goodies from the him and his family team so we popped the champagne that night and to our amazement Liam came back to take away the sign showing his never ending work ethic. We end up inviting him in for celebratory drinks and now we feel we have a new mate in the island so thankyou Lliam and the team.
