Colin was both my rental agent and seller and excelled in both areas. As a rental agent, regular property reports were provided with ample photographs of the property and a very detailed report each time. Accounts were paid on time (by both the lessee and the agency). I was kept advised of any repairs that needed to be done; these were then arranged, after my approval, and paid for by the agent and then charged back to my account. The sale of my property was right on the target price that Colin suggested I might get. The conveyancer recommended by Colin also did an excellent job. I cannot recommend Colin and his professional team highly enough.
