Helpful at the beginning but after contract was signed we felt like Angela was working for the difficult buyer and not us. The end sale price was disappointing in relation to the original appraisal, Which got our hopes up and left us unsatisfied.

This is the second property that I have sold through Angela this year, and each time it has been a very smooth and professional experience. It seems like every Tom and Jerry on the internet has their own top 10 tips and the wealth of information being spat at you from every direction can become quite overwhelming. When it came to advice on dealing with Real Estate Agents, I was warned to be cautious – they are, of course, working on behalf of the seller. ‘Hold your cards close to the chest; poker face; don’t let on that you’re a first home buyer’.
