Fantastic service and a great result – highly recommend Trish!

Their dedication to the client’s needs and knowledge of the market was paramount to the success of our campaign. The property was seen as a very difficult listing by other major agents we contacted in the area and they showed little interest due to the condition of the property and uninvited tenants etc, Trish was completely the opposite, her enthusiasm and solution focussed mindset provided us with the help we needed to get the property to market. Her ability to navigate the market, generate enquiry and effectively communicate with us regularly was exceptional. Truly amazing
I cannot speak highly enough of working with Trish recently. From her initial quick follow up phone call after I left a message at Ray White to her extensive knowledge of the area, property market and very clear processes, it was a dream. Trish used her existing potential buyers list to sell the property over the estimated valued range within a fortnight of making contact with her. She made a complicated process extremely easy and supportive. Trish answered all our queries and concerns clearly and was transparent and very quick in following up any additional questions and concerns. Highly recommended.
Trish was very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic for what is still a difficult situation for our family. Trish was put to task to sell our mother’s house under stressful circumstances. Before even going on the market, the property was sold. We were super delighted, especially for our mum. We still have a long haul ahead to achieve our end goal, but thanks to Trish and her hard work, we are much closer. Thank you for always keeping us updated and supporting us at this challenging time.

Reliable, relatable and SO professional
Alex Ilyin has so many 5 star reviews already - deservedly so! - that I’m not sure mine will make much difference, but here goes … Working with Alex was really easy and fun. He is such an authentic, likeable guy - so reliable, punctual and dependable. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He went way above and beyond, even helping me out with some handyman jobs that needed doing around the place before sale. He did a brilliant job from start to finish, and we got a great price. 5 stars isn’t enough!
