I first met Rob over five years ago after he had sold a property across the road and he wandered over to say hello. During our chat I indicated that my wife and I were thinking about downsizing from a large property we had occupied for 25 years. That was all Rob needed to hear for him to keep in touch for the next 5 years showing us properties for consideration and generally just letting us know about the market and that he was keen to help. So when we finally made the decision to sell the choice was an easy one as anyone with that much patience and professionalism we thought would probably do a good job in selling for the agreed amount and helping us through the process. I find if I ask Judy something about a property I am interested in she will always get back to me with the information. She is very knowledgeable about the area and has a lovely personality and makes you feel at ease at a very stressful time. She goes out of her way to do things that take the pressure off the client.
