Many thanks to Deahnne Brodie for her commitment to the sale of our property. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property. We highly recommend Deahnne Brodie. As we live interstate Deahnne advised & recommended tradesmen to bring our apartment up to a standard to achieve the highest possible price. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding. Thanks Deahnne,, it's been a pleasure doing business with you.

Deahnne has been amazing. When I purchased my first investment property a number of years ago with Deahnne I could not have asked for a smoother process and felt extremely comfortable and at ease. The exact same can be said when selling the same property last month- she has been amazing. I can say without hesitation that I would/will ask for her help in the future.

One of the best real estate agents i have ever dealt with.

Having had a nightmare of a time with other agents as an interstate investor, I found dealing Deahnne refreshing. While all communications were either via email or phone I always felt up to date and informed. I found a property on budget and quickly with little fuss.

We sold our home with Deahnne and she was superb. Professional, personable, with a great knowledge of the market. I cannot fault her as she was an operator and handled any pressure situations well. Her knowledge of the market was spot on and she advised us sensibly and was prepared to go the extra mile. Our home was on the market for a long time before we met Deahnne and she sold it quicker than the real estate person we previously had. You can trust this woman to do the best for you. Highly recommend her.

We consider Deahnne Brodie to be one of the finest real estate agents we have encountered during our years of purchasing and selling properties. It was her intimate knowledge of the area, the building, and the body corporate that led to our decision to purchase. Throughout the process she was communicative, immediate in her responses, a skilled negotiator, and always responsive to our needs as a potential purchaser. Finally, she handled the settlement processes with the same excellence we had come to expect from her. She has our highest rating.

Kristine and the team selling our apartment did not give up the fight even though at a number of points I had, we received fair offers that reflected the market that had dropped due to the recent influx of new build (even though our apartment was only 12 months old). I rejected the first offer not because it wasn't fair but the way the buyer played the game. As a result we received a further offer based on Kristine's efforts that was above that offer by a small amount, making the loss on the sale slightly less. I think the approach was professional, focused on delivery of a sale and did not lapse at any point in the cycle of open homes and sale.
