Yes - Real Estate Agents know a lot about selling houses. But - Conrad has such a understanding of the area as he grew up with his parents in the same area our investment home was in. Right from the start talking with Conrad and hearing his knowledge of all things in Real Estate he gave us confidence that he was the right person to sell our Investment Property. I was very confortable in talking to him and totally trust he was going to sell our property for the best price for us. We would always get a call keeping us updated on our open homes and the people that went through and what their thoughts were on our home. Cant go past how Conrad "Always gave us time " Never had to say "Have to go" and cut the conversation off.
