Nothing was too hard for Kelly, her genuineness and thoughtful nature is refreshing and appreciated. She understands her area and you cant beat local knowledge. It was a pleasure and we are so grateful that Kelly sold our property and made the whole process easy for us. Use Kelly if you are selling or buying, you wont regret your decision!

We would like to thank Kelly Weller for all her help in buying our little cottage in Wallaville. Kelly was able to answer all our questions about the property and the area. She made herself available for phone calls, extra viewings and all my questions. Kelly was extremely professional and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Kelly Weller and look forward to dealing with her again

Kelly qualified a buyer within days and then followed through on all queries. Kelly offered me her knowledge and connections to finalise a rather unreasonable demand from the buyer and used diplomacy to see the sale through to the end. Kelly is experienced, wise, diplomatic, efficient and attentive. Kelly has a very good reputation and is well liked.

Grant Tomlins is a professional and we had an amazing experience buying our property through him. He answered the phone, communicated very well, and gave us advice throughout the process. We had some delays with finance but he always kept everyone in the loop to ensure the sale went ahead and he genuinely cared about all parties involved. We're very happy with Grant and thoroughly recommend him. He's very professional and a great guy. Thanks Grant.
